Return Policy

If you should return an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund within 5 days from delivery date. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will be unable to issue any refund after  5 days. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Please email us about any problems with theitem at sales@kidsguidesmontessori.com or call us at 08053059445. All returns must be approved before returning item. Once approved, please note the order number and the reason for return and returned items must be received by Kids Guide Montessori Services within 5 days. If not, returns will not be accepted. No unapproved returns will be accepted. Also please note that shipping cost is not refundable.

Errors and Defects
In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us immediately at 08053059445 or email us at sales@kidsguidesmontessori.com within 5 days of delivery date.

Clearance Items
All clearance Items are not returnable and are sold in as is condition.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at anytime before your payment is made. Once your payment has been charged, we will have to charge 7% refund processing fee. If your order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your shopping cart and put your shipping location.

Domestic Orders

Orders will be shipped out normally via cargo buses such as ABC transport. Back order items will be shipped when items are in stock.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you will not be refunded.  Once we shipped the package, we have done our part to ship the package on time.  Any deliver delays are not our responsibility, please contact the shipping carrier that we provide.

Why don’t you offer free shipping?

We do not inflate or misrepresent our prices to offset the cost of offering free shipping like other sites. Instead, we have chosen to charge actual shipping cost, and keep our prices as low as possible.

Terms and Conditions

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Kids Guide Montessori Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kids Guide Montessori Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and money paid. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Kids Guide  shall issue a credit to your  account in the amount of the incorrect price.
